All vendors agree to the following

All table reservation fees are non-refundable

OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS ARE NOT ALLOWED

This is a requirement of The OnCenter (venue). There will be concessions open.

Tables are not considered reserved until payment is received.

​ Fall 2024 - Table Payments are due by September 15, 2024. Any unpaid tables will be canceled after this date.

​Vendors will not be listed on the website until payment is made in full.

Only paid vendors are allowed to display anything for sale at the event.

Vendors may not "Sell" their spot to another vendor.

Table sharing is also not allowed.

If you have more than one brand, please disclose in advance. You will need to purchase 1 table per brand.

Your brand must be displayed and easily readable. A printed tablecloth or overhead banner is preferred.

Tables are standard 8 foot.
-
Table coverings are required. Floor length is preferred.

All vendors must have a valid NY State Tax certificate available and on site to sell in the state of NY
-
Please make sure your certificate is available and able to be presented if requested by any NYS official or any Event Staff member. Failure to present a physical certificate if requested is grounds for removal from the event.

ALL Venomous Reptiles and the following Species CAN NOT be sold or displayed

​Burmese Python (Python m. bivittatus), Reticulated Python (Python reticulatus), African Rock Python (Python sabae), Green Anaconda (Eunectes maurinus), Yellow Anaconda (Eunectes notaeus), Australian Amethystine Python (Morelia amethistina kinhorni), Indian Python (Python molurus), Asiatic (water) Monitor (V. salvator), Nile Monitor (V. nilocitus), White Throat Monitor (V. albigularus), Black Throat Monitor (V. albigularus ionides) and Crocodile Monitor (V. salvadori) and any hybrid thereof,and or all Crocadilla ,all are illegal under NYS law

All Native species are not permitted for sale

Turtles and Tortoises must have a minimum carapace length of 4 inches or they are not allowed for sale

All animals must be displayed in clean displays without any visible feces or urates.

All animals must be clearly identified as either Captive Bred, Captive born, farm raised, or wild caught.

All animals for sale or Adoption must be healthy without mites or visible wounds.

All rescues must clearly identify any animal that they did not bred or produce themselves as a rescue​

Vendors assume all liability for their animals. Vendors will assume any and all liability when allowing a customer to handle their animals and removal from an enclosure. We highly recommend that all vendors carries their own liability insurance for this reason. Salt City Reptile Expo is fully insured but will not accept any liability for bites, scratches, or anything harmful to guests of the event. Also note that any injury to a vendor or guest is the sole responsibility of that vendor and that Salt City Reptile Expo, its promoters, vendors, volunteers and anyone else affiliated to the team maintains no liability.

As the event host we reserve the right to remove vendors that do not comply with the rules, guidelines, and any city, county, or state regulations

We as the event host reserve the right to discontinue doing business with any vendor

Each show is its own event and does not imply any rights or entitlements to location or availability for any other future events.

Vendors are solely responsible for all needed permits, licensing, sales, transportation, importation, exportation, taxes or anything not specifically listed to conduct business.
Vending at any of our events is an agreement to these terms and conditions
